Since nodejs/node#62300

SVGX loader triggers the following error:

TypeError [ERR_IMPORT_ATTRIBUTE_MISSING]: Module "….svg" needs an import attribute of "type: text"

    The patch was released in node 24.21.0. Just waiting for GH runners to update (they're still on 24.20 for now).
